House in Carrasqueira | Comporta | 2021

A plain house on a subtile hill, hidden and protected from the road and the arrival path by some trees. A massive volume with a tatched roof refer to local culture, architecture, materials and construction traditions. The interior is arranged in a very simple way. Chainned rooms and corridors open specific views to surroundig landscape, through proportioned opennings: living to South and North, rooms to East and West. Some exterior walls define surrounding space and create opportunities to stay and live outside.
